Senior FPGA/ASIC Engineer
The role of Senior Engineer at Commsonic is to help maintain existing IP cores, while also developing new technology for the latest emerging standards, both in wired and wireless communications - e.g. DVB-T2, DVB-C2 etc.
The ideal candidate should have an appropriate University degree, must have a thorough understanding of RTL coding for synthesis and also of behavioural simulations. Experience with VHDL coding for ASIC and FPGA implementation is preferred but not essential.
As a senior engineer, you will be expected to be innovative and self-motivated by the challenges and responsibility of creating and selling new IP cores in addition to providing client technical support.
